ABSOLUTE & YIN

This class is a combination of 60min Absolute yoga & 30min Yin yoga. We practice only one set and add some new poses to the sequence. Yin yoga works deep into the connection tissue expanding flexibility while stimulating the energy centres of the body to release blockages and increase your energy flow. It’s a changing series of long held, passive floor poses that calm and balance the mind and body.
